My terrible online shopping experience is a cautionary tale for anyone considering this website. I've used them before without issue, but this time, it was clear this place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers, a fraud ripping off customers for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid $19.95 for "next day delivery" for my Plano lens glasses, only to get an email saying it would take 3 business days, and the package didn't even ship until days later. When I tried to get my money back, I ran into automated bots and an endless phone system, feeling completely ignored. That's why I felt compelled to leave this review and demanded to speak to someone.
Customer: I paid for next day delivery, $19.95, and it's clearly not next day! My order took days to even ship. Where is the service I paid for? CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the delivery time, and I sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced. Let me look into your order details right now. Customer: Look, I've tried live chat and email, and I just get bots or no response. I want my $19.95 shipping fee refunded immediately. This is unacceptable. CS Rep: I completely understand your dissatisfaction with the communication channels. I've processed a full refund for your express shipping fee, which you should see back in your account within 3-5 business days. Customer: Fine. But this whole experience has been a nightmare. You advertise one thing and deliver another, and it's impossible to get help.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
