A Parent's Nightmare: Wrong Prescription & Ghost Customer Service 👻

My online shopping experience was a complete nightmare, and I feel obligated to share it as a cautionary tale for other parents. We ordered glasses for our 12-year-old, but he had trouble seeing with them. A trip back to the doctor confirmed the pupil distance (PD) was wrong. The glassesusa site does not prompt you to provide the PD number, and if you don’t know to provide it, they will just assume a value. This means the value will be wrong for many buyers. Trying to resolve this was infuriating. Please know you will never be able to reach a human at glassesusa and have a real phone conversation if you call them, so plan on frustration if your glasses are not correct. I had to finally write a public review just to get a response and a phone call to fix my son's glasses.
