Their site explicitly said "eligible for next day delivery," so I paid the $19.95 fee. Hours later, I received an email stating my order would take "3 business days." This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I felt utterly compelled to seek a refund for a service I clearly wasn't receiving, but reaching a human was an exercise in pure frustration.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, $19.95, and now I'm being told it will take three business days. This is unacceptable. I want my delivery fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I apologize for the discrepancy in the delivery timeframe you were promised and the update you received. Let me pull up your order to see what happened. Customer: What happened is I paid for a service that isn't being provided, and I've already tried your automated phone system and live chat bot with no success. I finally got through by pretending to place another order. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the difficulty you experienced reaching us and for the miscommunication regarding your delivery. I can confirm your order details and the next-day shipping charge. I will process a full refund for that $19.95 delivery fee right now. Customer: Thank you. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating.
