We soon discovered the pupil distance (PD) was incorrect, a critical measurement this site never prompted me to provide, just assuming a default adult value. What followed was a nightmare: it was nearly impossible to reach a human, email interactions were agonizingly slow, and the entire exchange process dragged on forever. I felt compelled to leave this review and try one more time to talk to someone, driven by sheer frustration.
