An Absolute Nightmare: Fake Deliveries & A Battle For a Refund 😤
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering ordering from this website. My experience was an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share it. It was the worst customer service ever. They claimed to have shipped out my order and that it would be delivered in 10 business days. I never got any updates on my order, they never answered my emails and the live chat reps always gave me the run around. I finally asked for a refund and they did but continued to send me emails about the order as if it had been delivered! Is that what they do? Never deliver and make customers beg for their refunds and then mark their orders as delivered for good stats?!?!? After this ridiculous situation, I had to contact them one last time.
Customer: I’m calling about order 884-3B592. I received a refund, which is the only good thing you've done, but now I’m getting emails saying my order was delivered. I never received anything.
CS Rep: I am so sorry for that confusion and for the entire ordeal you've experienced. Let me check on that immediately. I see the refund was processed, but the automated email system was not updated. I sincerely apologize for the additional frustration.
Customer: It’s not just frustrating, it’s deceptive. It feels like you mark orders as delivered just to make your company look good. I want confirmation that this is resolved and that I won't get any more fake delivery notices.
CS Rep: You are absolutely right to feel that way, and I've already manually unsubscribed you from any further notifications about this order. I can assure you it is an error in our system that I am escalating, not a deliberate practice. I am truly sorry for the lack of trust this has caused.
