I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering this website. I ordered a pair of eyeglasses for my son, drawn in by their claim of shipping in 6 days. Don't believe it. It's been a nightmare. Finally, 15 days later, they shipped "expedited," and 4 days after that, there are still no glasses, and you can't even get an expedited delivery date due to their slower-than-snail-mail shipping company. Their phone service is even worse; after waiting two hours to get someone, they just handed me the same bull I received in emails. That's what forced me to call and have this conversation.
