Wrong Prescription & Impossible Support: A Buyer's Nightmare 🤢
My online shopping experience was an absolute nightmare, and I feel a duty to warn others. They sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been Impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t in touch with anyone. I recommend buying from another company even if it’s a few more dollars. After what felt like an eternity of trying to get through, I finally reached a representative, which is what compelled me to document this frustrating exchange.
Customer: I've finally reached a person! You sent me the wrong prescription. I've been getting dizzy and nauseous from wearing these glasses. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear that, and I deeply apologize for the difficulty you've had reaching us. That is completely unacceptable. Can I get your order number to look into this immediately? Customer: It’s [Order Number]. This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a health issue. These are safety glasses, and they're unusable and frankly dangerous. CS Rep: I understand your frustration and you are right to be upset. I've found your order and I see the mistake. We will remake your order with the correct prescription immediately and ship it to you with our fastest service, completely free of charge. Customer: That's the least you can do. How do I know it will be right this time? And what about this pair? CS Rep: I will personally oversee the quality check on the new order. You can discard the incorrect pair. I am processing the replacement now and you will receive an email confirmation within the hour.
