Paid for 3-Day Shipping, Got 2 Weeks of Lies & 137 Spam Emails 😡
I need to share my terrible online shopping experience to warn others. It got to a point where my only conclusion was that this is the absolute WORST company for contacts!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered my usual daily lenses from this company on 1/23. On 1/25 I received an email that said my script had completed the validation step and my order would be processed. I paid for 3-5 day shipping. Today is 2/6 and I still do not have my order. It has not been shipped nor do I have a tracking number. Every time I call to speak with someone or chat they give the exact same canned response with zero resolution. When I requested to receive a refund of my 12.99 that I paid for expedited shipping which was not completed they said “we have transferred your request to that team” no further information is available. This abysmal service forced me to try and get a real answer from them one last time before leaving my review.
Customer: My order from January 23rd is still missing. It’s now February 6th. I paid for 3-5 day shipping and have no tracking number and no product.
CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about this delay. Can you please provide your order number so I can check the status for you?
Customer: It's 11592-B. I've been told it's "processing" for two weeks. I want the $12.99 I paid for expedited shipping refunded immediately. This is ridiculous.
CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration. Let me check… I see the delay and I apologize. I have processed a full refund for your shipping fee. I am also escalating your order to our fulfillment team to have it shipped within 24 hours.
Customer: I've heard that before. You escalate it and nothing happens. And while you can't fulfill my order, you've sent me 137 spam emails. It's insulting.
CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the excessive emails and the repeated issues. I have taken your email off the promotional list. I will personally monitor your order and ensure you receive a tracking number via email tomorrow.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
