Shipped to the Wrong City & Trapped by Bots 🤖: An Absolute Nightmare
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering this website. My experience was an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share it so others can be cautious. After waiting patiently for my new glasses, I was horrified to discover the entire situation. My order shipped 9 days ago and now I’ve found out it was shipped to a different city entirely. Unable to reach a live agent. Horrible experience. Stay away. I’m filing complaints with the BBB and Attorney General. After numerous failed attempts to get past a bot, I finally reached a human, and this is how that conversation went.
Customer: Finally, a real person! My order, 95731, was shipped to the wrong city! It’s been over a week. Where are my glasses?
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this frustrating situation. Let me look up your order number. I see the tracking information confirms the error. I sincerely apologize for this mistake on our part.
Customer: An apology doesn't fix it. I’ve spent days trying to reach someone. This is unacceptable. What are you going to do to fix this now?
CS Rep: I completely understand your anger. We can immediately place a new, complimentary replacement order for you and upgrade it to our fastest shipping method. I will personally oversee the process to ensure it is sent to the correct address.
Customer: Fine, remake them. But be aware, if there are any more issues, my complaints to the BBB and Attorney General are ready to go. This is your last chance.
CS Rep: I understand completely. You will receive a new confirmation email within the next hour. I assure you we will get this corrected for you right away.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
